Home-Schooled Students Grades 6-12 |

Keith School, the region's independent, college-preparatory school, is opening its |
|
classes to qualified home-schooled students for the first time. Home schooling is |
|
the direction of choice for many area families. Now college-prep level classes at |
|
Keith School can supplememnt a 6th through 12th grade student's home curriculum. |
|
|
|
|
|
Students may: |
|
|
|
- Study a foreign language- French, Latin or Spanish
|
|
- Add a lab science- sixth, seventh, eighth grade, or Biology, Chemistry, Physics,
Environmental Science |
|
- Delve into an AP (Advanced Placement) course in English, U.S. History, Biology,
Calculus AB, Music Theory and English, European History, Chemistry, Calculus. |
|
- Explore a music, art or drama class
|
|
- Most Middle- and Upper-School courses will be open on a space-available basis.
(Maximum two per semester.) |
|
- Middle School Students who enroll in a class may also participate on Keith's sports
teams. An activity fee will be charged. |
|
Testing may be required to determine a student's eligibility and placement. All classes at |
|
Keith are taught by faculty members who specialize in that discipline. |
