The FACTS Family Portal is Keith’s secure online hub connecting home and school. It’s where families go to stay informed and stay connected throughout the school year, including:
Report cards, assignment grades, lesson plans, and attendance
Tuition payment plans, financial aid, billing, and prepayment for lunches or field trips
Messaging teachers and staff, the school directory, and announcements
Re-enrollment contracts and updates to medical or emergency forms
School events, holidays, and extracurricular schedules
These short videos walk new families through creating an account and logging in for the first time:

A few simple steps will help your family get settled and ready for a great first year at Keith.
Make sure your contact information in the FACTS Family Portal is accurate and complete. The school uses this information to send communications, including emails, phone calls, emergency notifications, and newsletters.
New School families will receive an Emergency Card in their Welcome Back folder that must be completed and returned to the school.
New Middle and High School families will meet with the Admissions Director or Class Advisor to select courses for the upcoming year. Please note that final schedules cannot be created until a student is fully enrolled in FACTS and next year’s courses have been built.
Middle and High School students should review and complete the Summer Reading requirements before the school year begins.
Families should review the Course/Class Textbook List and order books early to be ready for the first day of school.
Review the grade-level school supply list and gather everything your student needs before school starts.
Middle and High School students should bring a laptop or tablet with a detachable keyboard to class each day.
Students in Robotics, Coding, or Graphic Design should use a traditional laptop, as tablets and Chromebooks may struggle to run the required software.
All devices should include:
- Wireless connectivity
- A detachable keyboard, if using a tablet
- A protective carrying case
Add key school dates to your calendar so your family never misses an important event.
Keith integrates technology into the classroom in age-appropriate ways, and requirements vary by grade level.
