Mr. Aaron Postle is passionate about helping students discover the wonder of science through curiosity, investigation, and hands-on learning. He believes biology is best understood when students ask questions, think critically and apply scientific concepts to the world around them.
Mr. Postle earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology, graduating summa cum laude from Rockford University, before completing a Master of Science in Biology at the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh, where his graduate research focused on evolutionary genetics. His academic background allows him to bring current scientific knowledge and research experience directly into the classroom, making complex biological concepts engaging and accessible for students.
In addition to teaching at Keith, Mr. Postle serves as an adjunct professor at Rockford University, where he teaches introductory biology and chemistry courses and oversees investigative laboratory experiences. His experience at both the high school and collegiate levels enables him to prepare students for success in advanced science coursework while fostering confidence in the laboratory and a deeper understanding of the scientific process.
Mr. Postle strives to create an engaging classroom where students are encouraged to explore, collaborate, and develop the critical thinking skills that extend far beyond science. Whether conducting laboratory investigations or discussing the latest scientific discoveries, he enjoys inspiring students to become lifelong learners with an appreciation for the natural world.
