Ms. Amy Breitenstein brings experience teaching children from preschool through fifth grade to her kindergarten classroom at Keith. Before joining the school, she was a K5 lead teacher, planning lessons and adapting instruction for whole classes and small groups.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Breitenstein taught first-grade English language arts and worked with elementary students who needed additional support in reading and math. Her experience across grade levels gives her a strong understanding of the skills children develop in kindergarten and the learning that comes next.
Ms. Breitenstein earned her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, graduating summa cum laude.
